Description
Hello :)
Raphi and I are passionate volunteers. For the last two years we were gaining knowledge and skills in all kinds of natural construction work and in permaculture principles. We experienced different gardening techniques and studied them further in our free time. Currently we are learning practically and theoretically how to build eco houses.
Since our journey began, we met amazing, open-hearted, out-of-the-box thinking people that inspired us in many ways. We worked in a polyculture garden that felt like a paradise on Earth, studied the principles of permaculture, landscaping and mixed culture gardening.
We joined families in a community, inspired from the books of Vladimir Megre.
One of the most interesting projects was renovating an old Portuguese stone ruin, where we used stones and clay mix to raise the walls. We made a cob oven too! In India we joined a team at an awesome tree house construction. We did adobe and wattle and daub at a mud house. At some villages we even learned how to weave brooms and baskets. Raphi had the opportunity to cocreate a straw bale house, a hobbit house, a woodshed, a pergola, a sled trailer and various other projects.
We are grateful for all the awesome memories and can´t wait to experience new volunteer places and lifestyles!Interests

What else ...
Our inspiration in life is to feel free, happy, loved and to create with our hands and minds. Both of us want to do and create things more confidently, and ecologically. Philosophical and socio-economical talks interest us. We are driven to learn, while imagining our future in an abundant community based on acceptance, sharing, self-growth and caring for the nature. One day we will build our own dream house from clay and wood in the middle of a diverse food forest.
These are some of our favorite books to read:
- The continuum concept, Jean Liedloff
- The way of karma, Charles Breaux
- Ringing cedars of Russia (Anastasia), Vladimir Megre
- Love without conditions, Paul FerriniSome more information
