It was my first workaway and it couldn't have been better. I helped in the garden and household, painted the bathroom, introduced the family to german food and made house- and pet sitting the last days of my stay. I also had my first canadian Halloween experience.
The whole family is very lovely and the pets as well. Especially the dogs.

It was so nice staying at the Farm and Danis House. I had a wonderful time here. I helped with the heating map in the greenhouse, decorating the museum for Christmas in the Village, took Nala, Percy and the goats for a walk and helped trim the goats hooves. I had funny puzzle evenings with Dani.

It was wonderful having Madita here! Even though it was the end of the season, we still had projects to accomplish before the winter. We were putting a heated floor into the greenhouse and Madita did an amazing job helping me shift sand in and pack it down, install the heating mat and move paving stones.
