Description
During the months of January to April, I plan to take a break from my job at a construction company in San Francisco, CA to spend time traveling, discovering new places, meeting new people, and appreciating life.
Growing up in Washington state, I have always valued the mix of a nature-forward and urban lifestyle. I am so excited to travel around New Zealand knowing that some of the characteristics of the country, respect, nature, and kindness, are things I strongly value. My whole life, I have found so much joy in the opportunity to learn from different cultures and share meaningful experiences with other individuals. The connections I make while traveling are what truly enrich my life.
A few years ago, I partook in a Habitat for Humanity project in Chiang Mai, Thailand where I, with the help of a 10-person team, built a brick-and-mortar home for a family of 4. During that volunteer program, I increased my skills with helping others, learning from new perspectives, and working with new individuals.
I love the outdoors, running, sailing, and spending time with people. I am handy with construction tools, DIY projects, and always have a positive attitude, fun perspective, and creative ideas. I hope to share my abilities to help you reach your goals.Interests
