Hi! My name is Mein!

I'm from Amsterdam and finished my studies Media and Culture about a year ago.

This January I will do my first Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India. Afterwards, I hope to stay somewhere in that area and ground a bit on the other side of the world!

In 2019 I traveled to Japan with the Trans-Siberian Express and spent some time in South-East Asia as well! It was an amazing experience but with workaway I would love to stay at one place for a longer period of time.
In 2023 I lived in Lisbon as an exchange student and absolutely loved it!

With workaway I hope to make genuine connections, to learn new languages and to experience life from a different perspective!
My hobbies are cooking, singing, yoga, watching films and taking photographs.

I grew up with four brothers so I'm used to cooking for lots of people, helping out with housekeeping etc.

I have worked as a barista and waitress, and know how to stay calm under stress.
