Description
Hello there! I'm from the US and have been solo travelling across Asia since January. These days I find myself in Georgia after a pretty incredible few months that have included trekking to Everest Base Camp, volunteering on a tiger conservation project in Nepal, scuba diving with thresher sharks in the Philippines, and hiking along the Great Wall of China.
As amazing as those experiences have been, what I've enjoyed most has been the people I've met along the way. I love learning about different cultures, hearing people's stories, and picking up new skills and perspectives. After moving around so much, I'm excited to slow down for a while, become part of a local community, and experience the everyday life.
I'm happiest when I'm outdoors, staying active, and helping out wherever I can. I'm always eager to learn, don't mind getting my hands dirty, and enjoy pitching in as part of a team. I'm also very flexible and easygoing—I know every place has its own way of doing things, and I'm happy to adapt and help wherever I'm most useful. I like to think I bring a positive attitude, curiosity, reliability, and a good sense of humor.
Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully sharing some great conversations, meals, and experiences together! -

More details about your skills
I’m happiest when I’m outside, learning something new, and getting involved in hands-on projects. I may not be a professional carpenter or farmer (yet!), but I’m the type of person who enjoys figuring things out, asking questions, and jumping in wherever I can help.
**Things I’d love to help with and learn more about:**
* Building, woodworking, crafting, and DIY projects
* Cooking, preparing meals, and learning local recipes and traditions
* Guiding hikes and outdoor activities (I have lots of hiking experience and love sharing the outdoors with others)
* Gardening, farming, and animal care
* General property maintenance, landscaping, painting, and creative projects
**What I bring:**
* A willingness to learn and try just about anything
* A flexible, easygoing attitude
* A strong work ethic and a positive mindset
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for new skills and experiences
* Comfort working independently or as part of a team
* Good communication skills and experience interacting with all kinds of people
I have some experience with outdoor work from previous jobs and projects, but I’m always looking to learn from the true professionals. I also previously worked in marketing for a winery, which gave me lots of experience working with people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
After spending the last several months traveling, I’ve realized some of my favorite moments come from learning practical skills, sharing meals, and being part of a community. I’m excited to help out, get my hands dirty, and hopefully leave with some new skills, great memories, and a few good stories. -
