Description
Hi,
My name is Lukas and I have just recently graduated from university in Santa Cruz California. I am now taking some time to travel and work abroad. I spent my time at university studying painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture and violin. During my time in school I worked for an organic farm driving produce and selling at farmers markets, at a bakery selling bread, and at an outdoor youth education classroom as a gardener/carpentry assistant. I love playing music with friends, spending time outside, and working on artistic/sustainability projects. My travel plans currently are to bike (bicycle) from Switzerland to Portugal and hopefully spend some time getting to know the area and culture through work exchange.

I have experience gardening, landscaping, doing carpentry, in bicycle mechanics, driving 3 - 7 meter box trucks, playing violin, and working with a variety of visual arts including drawing, painting, printmaking, film photography, and sculpture. I have elementary welding skills, have worked in cob construction with relief sculpture, taken two basic sailing courses, and briefly worked with an arborist as a ground assistant. I would like to learn more about sustainable building practices, cooking, sailing, and welding.
