Description

I am a curious and open hearted person.

I am passionate about gaining more wisdom and meeting people in their curiostiy and humanness. I love to learn , wonder and contribute.

I was working part time as a somatic therapist and ran different Workshops in embodiment, Biodynamic Breathwork& Trauma Release and in female sensuality. The other half, I was working in an NGO promoting social engagement and volunteer services

Last winter, I had the strong call to go and travel again- to dive into community life and into the power of the unknown. I would love to be embedded in community that values the interconnectedness of being.

Concerning my skills- they are probably rather soft skills.
I can be very funny, if I feel comfortable and one says that I ve got a nice and positive energy.
I have a good work-ethic, can see things that need to be done and think interdisciplinary. The last community said : when I work it seems effortless as if it is no work. I like to commit to the things, I am doing.

Of course, I could offer yoga classes ( I am trained in Kundalini or Kaula Tantra yoga ), hold biodynamic Breathwork& trauma release classes or offer deep tissue massages if needed.

I like to cook vegetarian meals, I love baking and gardening.

I have no permaculture experience, but I have been doing gardening, proning, seeding, harvesting.

I have my background in teaching and somatic therapy. I was teaching German as a foreign language for over a decade and I have some distinct soft skills like good listening, communication and moderating. I was working in a project promoting literacy in primary schools. So far, so good:). What is really handy is, that I like to sort things out, to give a hand and I am very willing to learn. I kind of see what needs to be done and cooks great beetroot recipes and other veggie stuff. I love cooking jams and I contribute to some good energy.
