Hi :)
It’s a pleasure to meet you! My name is Lisa, I'm 36 years old and I’ve been traveling solo for about 10 years now. One of the things I enjoy most is connecting with people from different countries and spending time in nature.
I completed my 4th Camino de Santiago in 2025, and after that journey, I made the decision to take half a year off from work. My goal is to explore how I can integrate more time outdoors and connect with different people and cultures into my everyday life. That’s why I’m excited to join Workaway and try out various opportunities to learn and grow.
I’m a calm, friendly, open-minded, and positive person who loves cooking, reading, cycling, and walking. I’m eager to learn more about nature, gardening, and animals, and I’d also love to work in a pilgrim hostel. I’m always open to new experiences and would enjoy the chance to contribute to any project!

At the moment im working in health insurance in Germany. I have the most experience in sales strategies even as a team leader and in HR.

I love cooking, taking photos, and writing, and I really enjoy connecting with different people. I’m friendly, open-minded, and happy to help wherever I’m needed. I like working with my hands — whether that’s gardening, taking care of animals, or helping with practical tasks. I’m quite handy and learn quickly, even if I don’t have a lot of experience yet. With a bit of guidance, I can pick things up easily.

I enjoy being outdoors, spending time in nature, and going on hikes or ride my bike. I’m curious, love learning new things, and enjoy discovering different ways of living. I speak German and English, and I know a bit of Spanish, which I’d love to improve while traveling and meeting new people.

I’m excited to help out, learn from others, and be part of a warm and welcoming community.
