Description
I love connecting with people and learning from different ways of life. This will be my first time in Europe, and while stepping out of my comfort zone feels a bit scary, I’m excited for the growth, adventure, and new stories it will bring. I'm especially drawn to Spain because I recently graduated with a degree in education, and experiencing other cultures will help me grow, both as a person and as a teacher. I enjoy new cultures, sharing stories, and making genuine connections wherever I can.

In primary school, I learned quite a bit of Spanish, though I’ve lost some of that knowledge over time. I still know basic conversational Spanish and a good amount of vocabulary. I also studied French for four years in secondary school, so I have a baseline understanding, but I’m not fluent. I love languages and am passionate about becoming fluent in Spanish. Improving my Spanish skills is important to me both personally and professionally, as I hope to use the language in my future teaching career. I’m excited to practice and learn more through cultural immersion and everyday conversations.

More details about your skills
I recently graduated with a degree in education, so I have experience working with children and creating positive, supportive environments. I also work in the service industry, which has taught me how to stay calm in organized chaos, think on my feet, and step up when things get hectic. It’s helped me become a strong communicator, problem-solver, and someone who can handle whatever comes my way with a positive attitude.
I’m comfortable with cleaning, and while I’m still learning to cook, I enjoy being in the kitchen and picking up new skills. I’ve been around household pets my entire life and absolutely love farm animals. While I’ve never worked on a farm before, I’m eager to learn and would love the opportunity to help out with farm work someday.
I may not be an expert in any one trade, but I’m adaptable, easygoing, and always open to learning. Whether it’s helping with kids, working around the house, caring for animals, or jumping into the day’s needs, I bring curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to contribute wherever I’m needed.
