Hello! I’m Leon, a Brazilian engineer passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and cultural exchange.
I’m currently preparing to start my master’s in Sustainable Renewable Energy Technologies in Germany, and before that, I’m looking for meaningful Workaway experiences to learn, contribute, and connect with new people and communities across Europe.
I have over 7 years of experience in solar energy projects, including technical coordination, team leadership, and hands-on problem solving. I’m also a curious learner and enjoy getting involved in various types of work, from gardening, DIY and eco-construction to helping with events or digital tasks.
I speak fluent English and Portuguese, and I’m learning German. I enjoy listening to music, playing guitar, hiking, and exploring new places. I’m easygoing, respectful, and always happy to help where needed.
