Hi, I'm Lea from Germany. I'm a lively, curious and open-minded person, studying high school education at university. To improve my English and and become a better English teacher I decided to spend my 3 month stay abroad in Ireland. I will do my best to help with all the work there is. I love redecorating interior and keeping places tidy and organized. I cook and clean with joy and love to care for plants (I have about 25 houseplants at home) and some pets/animals (I personally own a cat with my partner and have experience with petsitting and caring for dogs). I enjoy going to the gym regularly to lift weights so I'm able to do physical work as well.
In Germany I study high school education (for english and biology) so I have some experience with teaching and working with children. Additionally when my cousin became a mother to a little girl in 2023 (she's now 2) I accompanied her from time to time so I have gained some knowledge in working with and caring for babies/toddlers.
I sometimes help my family in the garden with digging, weeding and mowing. I also helped clearing out a shed and helped a few people during house moving so I know how to use my strength.
I like being creative so I self taught myself how to crochet and I like to draw, paint, craft and write from time to time. I also have a good understanding of technical devices and social media.

On a personal level I'm someone that values empathy, kindness and fairness.

I also like gaming (videogames and board games), reading (mostly self-improvement or fantasy books), journaling, watching movies/series and talking about them to share understandings/theories or speculations. Over the past few years my boyfriend got me into building and painting miniatures which I also quite enjoy.
I love listening to music (most genres are fine) and have lots of fun creating specialized playlists.
