Description
My favorite thing about traveling is meeting new people and learning from them. Maybe it’s a brief meeting and I learn a new word in their language, or maybe we spend more time together and I learn about them, their culture, their dreams. Either way, I love the connection that comes from meeting people and sharing a bit of our lives with each other. I am actively working to pass this joy and sense of connectedness on to my children.
We are traveling as a family for a year and looking for opportunities to immerse ourselves in the culture, to give back, and to create connections and friendships that could last a lifetime.

I am a former teacher and love working with kids. I taught secondary English Arts for 20 years, and volunteered as a primary teacher in Belize. I currently own my own small business and do all of our marketing, photography, and social media.
