Hi beatiful people

Having studied childhood studies and psychology of education my work life has always revolved around education and wellbeing of children and young people. But more recently I worked as a support worker for adults with mental health and learning difficulties which brought me a completely different perspective. Currently I teach couple of Czech virtual lessons a week, but have taught languages (Cz, eng) on and off for the past 5 years. I am now more interested in alternative education and also want to move more towards mental health professionally.

The work I do is my purpose, I’m a listener and a helper. I do it because I love it (meaning I probably talk about it a lot!)

I have a lot of volunteering experience mainly from Czech scouts, meaning I am used to being in nature and to work for what I need. Also I love getting to know new cultures, smells, colors, tastes. Travelling for me is about sharing stories, experiences and skills. The intentions exchange. Connecting!

And on top of all that I dance. I read, cook, write. I talk, sing, shout and whisper. I drum, I hike, I sleep. I live.

My expertise is education and work with children and young people - that is both in formal and informal educational settings. I have experience from various fields such as teambuilding, prevention of risk behaviours, working as a teaching assistant, playwork, teaching foreign languages and scouts.

I have various skills in support work, counselling, mental wellbeing, mentoring etc.

I am confident in facilitating groups and workshops on various topics including arts, dance or drama, yoga, guided relaxation, providing mental health support. I am also a language teacher.

I am very passionate about learning new things especially nature related as I havent had that much chance to do so. I love cooking and baking as well as just getting creative.

I love learning new things and skills and I am quite a fast learner.
