Hello!
We are Boris, Kat, and Jacob (2.5 years old), a Franco-Czech family whose journey began during a Workaway experience in Chile a few years ago! After that wonderful experience, we settled in France, but our passion for meaningful travel and cultural exchange remains strong.
Kat is Czech and works remotely from Monday to Friday. Outside of her working hours, she is available to contribute to collective tasks, cook delicious meals, or share her language skills (French, English, and Czech).
Boris loves DIY projects, including woodworking, small electrical repairs, plumbing, and gardening. He is always happy to lend a hand! If you have a bread oven, he would love to bake homemade bread. During the day, he takes care of Jacob while staying available for flexible tasks or projects that can involve Jacob.
Jacob, 2.5 years old, is curious and sociable. He loves animals, especially horses and cows. He is quite skilled for his age and enjoys hands-on activities like gardening and watering. He wants to try everything and loves being outdoors!
Our Workaway experience in Chile showed us how enriching human exchanges and collective work can be. We would love to pass on these values to Jacob while providing meaningful help for your project.
We understand that our situation (Kat’s remote work + Jacob’s care during the day) requires some flexibility, but we are very motivated to integrate into your rhythm. We are also happy to contribute financially to accommodation and food to ensure a fair and harmonious exchange.
We are available from mid-May to mid-June but are open to discussing the dates based on your needs.
