Description
Hi everyone! I'm Joanna. Traveling ignites my spirit, revealing diverse ways of life and unique cultures. I revel in bustling city nights, where streets come alive, and people's stories intertwine.
As I wander through cities, I'm enchanted by physical remnants of history and art, where ancient ruins stand in dignified beauty. I've especially always been obsessed with living in Rome, for the chance to be able to walk the same streets where Cicero walked, who I spent far too many hours studying. I've been so focused on the goal to live in Rome that I got my first job in order to save up, and I think now is the time!Interests

Over my life, I've had many very different jobs!
1) I spend my summers working at my family's avocado farm, mulching the trees, picking avocados, and weeding. I also take care of animals (chickens, horses, goats, sheep, llama, donkey, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats), and help with various small-scale garden jobs (planting seeds, weeding, putting up fencing, harvesting crops).
2) I have worked on campus cleaning bathrooms and am not above getting dirty.
3) As a counselor at a summer camp for high schoolers, I planned and ran several events, including board game nights and around-the-world trivia.
4) I've done lots of tutoring (for ages 5 through 18) and have been a teaching assistant for two college classes, receiving excellent reviews from students.
5) For a long time, I've volunteered my help taking care of children for my church, for kids from 12 months to 12 years old.Age

What else ...
I love making tea, especially single-source Chinese and Taiwanese loose-leaf tea.
I'm a big fan of board and card games. I'll play pretty much anything, but I most enjoy medium-length high-complexity games. Some more information
