Description
I left my previous job in 2022 to explore and work around the world, and have work experience in kitchens, gardens, hostels, and guest houses. My main passion though is teaching: I've spent 3 years teaching English in both a bilingual school and private language academy, and completed a 200 hour TEFL certificate.

I am also a qualified yoga teacher, having finished a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course with The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, and I'm hoping to start 300 hours advanced training shortly. I'm currently looking for voluntary yoga teacher positions to gain experience in this area and to better myself as a teacher.

I consider myself to be a calm but social person who prefers to be in nature somewhere: hiking, surfing, or cycling. I'm a keen meditation practitioner and interested in volunteering at meditation and retreat centres. I enjoy travelling but also like staying in one place for longer periods, getting to know people and feeling part of a community.

I am so grateful to have met James and blessed us with his presence. He has good work ethic, independent, and caring. He helped build the compost bins and a potters bench, along with general tasks. He worked well with others too. We really enjoyed his stay here.
