Hello! My name is Isabel/Izzy/Isa, I am 18 and have recently finished my A-levels (equivalent of Abitur), I am hoping to study physics at university next year.
I felt that I needed some time from academics to see some of the world before I resume higher education and I would love to take this opportunity to learn about other people’s cultures.
I currently live in a small village in the English countryside with my family.
I enjoy appreciating the nature in my surrounding area, taking walks and looking after my guinea pigs.
I also enjoy reading (particularly astrophysics and fantasy books) and playing video games (especially anything from the Legends of Zelda!).
I am hardworking, organised, reliable and I get along well with other people.
I am looking for a travel buddy so please feel free to get in contact :)Interests

Part of the reason why I have signed up to workaway is so that I can gain new experiences as I have been solely focussing on my studying.
Yet I have had some experience with teaching other students as I was a history mentor during Sixth Form and was able to help my mentee see her full potential as a history student and raise her confidence.
I also took part in an EPQ (extended project qualification) during my time at Sixth Form which is a mainly independent led project which required much dedication, planning and research skills. My finished project (essay) ‘How Do Black Holes Affect The Behaviour Of Time In Space’, ended up getting an A* which I think efficiently evidences my work ethic.Age
