Hi everyone! I'm Irene, coming from Barcelona. I've been working for the past 4 years as a pharmacist and recently I decided to take some time off to explore other territories and get to learn other skills that are far away from my daily routine, having the chance to be more in contact with nature and getting to share the experience with other people by creating enriching exchanges.

On my free time you'll probably find me wandering around doing long walks - and looking up the buildings I come across to check on its architecture styles, practicing pilates, trying to learn French on my own - thus, watching French series recommended by my friends -, reading, meeting friends and of course listening to music and podcasts.

I have lots of curiosity for fields that escape my own and never get tired of learning from every topic so I guarantee I will put my best effort and passion on leaning the things that I don't master.

I'm very open to learn new skills so I'm up to any activity and if I don't know it I'll put my best effort to it. I'm especially interested in learning about construction and gardening so I would love to contribute to any kind of related project.

As what I can offer:
- Patience: with kids, but as well as with adults :) Working with the public has reinforced that
- Helping with house duties
- Creativity: I like photography and since a kid I enjoyed doing DIY projects. I actually took one university year of Audiovisual Communication before switching to the Pharmacy degree, so I've always been accompanied by the science-art duality
- Language exchange: I can help you with my mother tongues (Spanish and Catalan - maybe somebody curious on learning some words from my region?). I love languages and doing exchanges so would be very happy on helping somebody eager to learn. I've learned on my own Italian - having Italian flatmates also helps - and I'm on my way now with French
- And as said before, a great interest in putting an effort to learn from other fields that escape mine, like architecture, so everything related to construction and building would be a good motivation as well as gardening tasks. I can't offer much knowledge on it but would reward you by trying my best!
