I love anything related to environmental initiatives, biology/chemistry, philosophy, plants, photography, permaculture, eco-construction, cycling, wild swimming, kayaking, running and hiking. My main passion over the last 10 years has been classical clarinet, and I enjoy playing with others in orchestras or smaller groups.
In September 2020 I'm starting a medicine degree in Southampton, so I'm hoping to do some travelling beforehand.
Generally love getting involved with things and helping, and I'm very interested in learning how to be self-sufficient with a view to living a completely sustainable life in the future.
I have had a lot of experience gardening, both in work at school estate, at home, and on past Workaways. Can use mowers, strimmers, hedgecutters, sit on mowers e.t.c
Have good knowledge of computers and am willing to help with anything to do with this.
My full-time job experience in hospital required heavy and sometimes complicated interaction with lots of people, so I'm confident in public situations.
Generally love making and analysing things, and I love learning.
Parents renovated house when I was little, so I got involved with that and enjoyed it immensely. I would love to learn new skills and will try and offer as much as I can.
We once had a dog and rabbits at home, and I've cared for cats, dogs and chickens at various points in my life.
