Hi everyone!
I'm Caroline (Caz) from Australia, taking some years off to travel through Mexico, Central and South America. I love to spend a bit more time in places to understand the culture and people more... How good is Workaway!
My work and study background includes:
- Hospitality and tourism (hotel accomodation including hotel reception, housekeeping supervisor and housekeeper and skydive tourism).
- Media studies (video editing, journalism and photography)
- Teaching (Snowboard instructor, surfing, TESOL - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
I have always been into sports, keeping fit and staying busy.
I love working with and meeting new people, and have been learning Spanish along the way.

I am so glad you were able to spend two weeks at my casa in Atami!!! Thank you for always being so positive and helpful and for keeping me updated regularly via e-mail and Skype. Caroline was an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed 2 months 1/2 with us.
From the get go she was part of our team. She is a happy, handy and responsible person that helped whenever it was needed.
We had a great time with her and it was sad to see her leaving.

My 2 weeks living with this community was a great experience and I really can recommend it to anyone heading this way. We got to know the town of Anse-à-Pitre really well and planting trees with the locals is something I miss already! Wow, Caz was amazing. She helped around my hostel with cleaning, surfing lessons, video editing, promotional photographs, and lots of other things.
