Hi, I'm Giulia! I'm 24 years old. I am an outgoing and cheerful person who likes to be around people and enjoys alone time. I am looking for new opportunities to challenge myself and for new experiences to learn and grow from, and honestly I am just trying to be braver. :)
I have been working for many years now, mostly with kids and in hospitality, and although I am new to the workaway experience, I like getting myself busy and trying new things.
I moved out of my parents' house to go to university when I was 19, first in Bologna and now in Turin, Italy. I am currently studying natural sciences and I would like to work around nature, to soak up some fresh air and get my hands dirty trying to make a positive impact on the environment.

I have no particular technical skill, but I learn fast. From my experience as a waiter I have learnt how to solve problems fast and how to handle stressful situations, and I have gotten used to working in busy environments where I had to learn when and how I was needed. Aside from the skills I have learnt from the job, I am quite good at cooking and teaching, I am patient, calm and good at working in a team.
