We are Giambattista and Francesca, a couple aged 25 and 26 with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. I, Giambattista, work as a sous-chef, while my partner, Francesca, holds the position of supervisor. For over a decade, we have passionately dedicated ourselves to this profession, which we have chosen and cultivated since our first steps in the working world, combining practice with solid training.

After spending six years in England, where we improved our English and deepened our skills, we decided to take a break from this career to embark on a different life experience. We chose to travel to learn about new cultures, discover culinary traditions, and enrich ourselves with authentic experiences, without limiting ourselves to our field of origin.

Although we are passionate about cooking and curious about local eating habits, we are not looking for work in this field. On the contrary, we want to challenge ourselves with manual activities related to the land and rural life. Our goal is to rediscover self-sufficiency and the authenticity of a life more connected to nature. We are ready to work with our hands, helping with any task that may be useful: from tending gardens to raising animals, to small practical jobs that can support the community or the place that will host us.

We are young, dynamic, and determined to make every day productive and meaningful. For us, the real reward will be feeling useful, learning from our hosts, and living experiences that allow us to explore scenic wonders, learn about new cultures, and discover customs that will enrich us not only as individuals but also as future professionals.

We have no preferences regarding the type of work: any task that can make a difference for someone is a source of satisfaction for us. With enthusiasm and adaptability, we are ready to embark on this adventure and contribute with our commitment and energy.

What else ...

We are people who love to cultivate various hobbies and dedicate time to what makes us feel good. Reading and drawing are moments of creativity and reflection for us, but we also enjoy expressing our craftsmanship through sculpting and painting. We have had the pleasure of participating in camping trips immersed in nature, an experience that taught us to adapt and live in harmony with the environment.

We also enjoy more relaxing activities like board games and puzzles, but we are equally enthusiastic about outdoor walks or sports, whether on land or in water. Our passion for animals is another significant aspect of our lives: we love taking care of them and experiencing the joy of their companionship.

Recently, we have developed a strong interest in photography and editing, two worlds that allow us to capture and enhance the beauty around us. Another passion we share is cooking, not only as a moment of creativity but also as an opportunity to enjoy the pleasure of good food together.
