Hej! We are the Groß-Kunath family and are looking forward to a new adventure around Malmö through workaway in August 2025.

We‘re Franzi (30), Christian (32) and Aurora (2) and live in berlin. We are a friendly, open-minded family eager to share our experiences and learn from others. We look forward to new cultural exchanges and helping out wherever we can!

Our family has a passion for traveling around europe. We have been traveling together since our youth, and since 2022, our adventures have been centered around our daughter Aurora, who is named after the Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis. The choice of name already shows how much we love the north. ;)

Our daughter Aurora is full of energy and joy. She loves helping her grandparents in the garden and feeding the animals. Aurora is curious, loves to run barefoot, and, after a shy start, she quickly opens up with a big smile on her face for everyone.

Chris works in the finance sector. He is very energetic like Aurora, love fitness, and enjoy to meet new people. He has hands on mentality and try to learn new things daily e.g. In Gardening, Building something or in culture.

Franzi has loved traveling alone since she was 18. Through workaway, she has visited zurich and bornholm. Specially the last workaway stay starts her big love for scandinavia. She adores the language, culture, and the quality of life in there. At the moment she tries to learn danish. Franzi is working as a teacher for digital media and maker education at schools. In her freetime she enjoys yoga and to be creative. Now she has the dream to live a short term in sweden - to explore the swedish lifestyle and life in the nature.She really want to try out a lot of swedish baking recipes. ;)

In August, we are planning a two-week workaway adventure to see how it works with a family. For Aurora, we wish for a loving workaway home where she can spend a lot of time in nature, helps with caring for animals, and gets to learn a new language and culture.
