Hey Folks!

I'm Erik, a 18-year-old from Germany who's out of high school and looking for an adventure before starting Uni next year!

I'm someone who is always eager to learn about new things and to get new perspectives on life, work, etc. I am open to adapt to a lot of new situations, be it things of everyday life like different eating habits and traditions or about the kind of job to do - I will find a way to get it done ;) As I have worked in many different areas (as far as possible as a student in high school), I have experience when it comes to agriculture, retail work, serving, small crafts and handyman projects, even being a mascot! I am however certainly not limited to these kinds of jobs, as I want to always have an open mindset, and I'm more than willing to broaden my knowledge in whatever area I work in.

Non-work-wise, I'd say that I am a very nature and culture loving person. I love a laid back and remote life that lets me actively explore the nature surrounding me while allowing me to connect to lifestyles that are different from mine. I appreciate a life that both gives me the opportunity to be active and outside, to explore, but that also lets me calm down and pursue more "silent" activities, such as reading, writing or also simply talking with people. I'm not someone who cannot stand still and enjoy a moment of calmness, but I'm also not someone who is content with sitting inside all the time - the bright balance is important. Conversations and discussions concerning topics like the meaning of life, the roles of society and nature or simply what's for dinner are something I enjoy - I want to see your perspectives!
Speaking of dinner, or food in general, I definitily look forward to exchange recipes, taste new foods and learn about the local cuisine.
In general, I would say that I am open to a lot of things and I want to get to know you as a person/ as people as well!
