Hi! I'm Emma, originally from New York City but currently on my Working Holiday Visa in beautiful New Zealand. I absolutely love traveling and am so excited to have this experience. A bit about me, I studied earth science in college but I have been bartending for the last 4 years or so. I fell in love with snowboarding when I moved to Telluride, Colorado right after college, and I am keen to learn to surf while I'm in the Pacific. I love to draw and paint, and I love live music and dancing. I also love meeting new people and sharing stories and experiences.

I've been bartending for the last 4 years, at both ski lodges and dive bars. I'd say I'm very much a people person and can handle personal and administrative people-facing jobs. I did 6 months on a chainsaw crew when I first moved to Colorado, and i've done a decent amount of farm work/gardening/trail work at my Grandparent's growing up, in college, and in Colorado. I'd like to think I'm a pretty decent artist, I went to a specialized art high school in NYC. I love to cook and I feel very comfortable with household chores as well as babysitting (I have seven nieces and nephews). I also walked dogs for years in New York.

I already mentioned snowboarding/surfing, I love playing cards and board games, always willing to learn a new one. I quite enjoy knitting and embroidery as well. I also love to camp and be outdoors.
