  • Description

I’m a curious and adventurous traveler with a deep passion for exploring new places and immersing myself in the cultures, histories, and stories of the people I encounter. I find joy in walking and taking in my surroundings, whether accompanied by a podcast, music, or simply the natural sounds around me.

I enjoy meeting new people and connecting through shared experiences, though I also appreciate time to myself. Some of my favorite moments are spent in cafés—reading, people-watching, or simply savoring a good coffee or cup of tea. Cooking is another passion of mine, especially experimenting with new recipes and sharing meals with others, and I have always had a soft spot for animals.

I studied English Literature, English Language, Photography, and Psychology at A-level, before pursuing a degree in Criminology at university. Most recently, I worked in a hospital emergency department, where I was responsible for trauma data collection. This role offered invaluable insights into the healthcare system and the importance of precision and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Each stage of my education and professional experience has provided me with valuable skills and knowledge, which continue to shape my perspective and inform my daily life. Now, I have decided to step away from my role to travel the world, embracing the opportunity to learn and grow through new experiences.

Currently, I am balancing my love for travel with my academic interest in human rights, particularly in the fields of human trafficking and modern slavery. Whether exploring new destinations or pursuing my studies, I am always eager to learn, grow, and form meaningful connections along the way.

More details about my language interests
I have always regarded language learning as a privilege and an invaluable tool for connecting with people and cultures. My foundation in French began during my school years, and I continue to build on this through self-study with Duolingo. I have also recently embarked on learning Spanish using the same platform, which has deepened my appreciation for the process of acquiring new languages. As a native English speaker with an A-Level in English Language, I am fluent in speaking, listening, and writing, and would be more than happy to share my knowledge with others as they explore the language. I remain open and enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn additional languages, seeing it not only as a personal challenge but also as a meaningful way to engage with the world around me.

I bring a versatile set of skills and experiences, shaped by my passions and a strong work ethic. As a confident and enthusiastic cook, I enjoy preparing meals for others, whether by following detailed recipes or creatively working with available ingredients. My first language is English, which allows me to communicate effectively in a range of settings.

I have extensive experience caring for children, having looked after my friends’ children for short periods and my nieces for extended stays. I am attentive, patient, and reliable, ensuring children are safe, engaged, and well cared for.

Cleanliness and organization are important to me; I take pride in maintaining tidy spaces and genuinely enjoy cleaning and creating orderly environments.

My experience extends to working with animals, having spent several summers in the United States supporting a racehorse trainer. This role required dedication, adaptability, and a readiness for physically demanding work, all of which I embraced wholeheartedly.

Additionally, I have 6–7 years of driving experience in England, which has equipped me with strong road awareness and confidence behind the wheel.

Overall, I am practical, hardworking, and eager to contribute my skills wherever they are needed.

  • What else ...

I’ve always loved being outdoors, whether it’s going on long dog walks or spending time by the coast, where I grew up. Beach days, sunrises, and sunsets are some of my favorite simple pleasures.

I enjoy playing board games all year round—not just at Christmas—and my favorite is Connect 4. Family is important to me, and I love cooking for my grandma and spending time with her.

Fashion is another interest of mine, whether it’s putting outfits together or helping friends organize their wardrobes for a fresh start. On quieter evenings, I’m happiest with either a good book or a film.

My ideal life would combine work with travel, allowing me to see as much of the world as possible while doing something meaningful.
