Hi! My Name is Emily, I’m 23, from the UK and I am travelling/working around Canada this year. I'm looking to get stuck into everything and anything that I can while meeting new people and learning new things.

I have no hesitation about getting my hands dirty and getting stuck into new jobs with care and consideration. I am also a quick learner and able to assimilate into many different situations and roles - a bit like a chameleon! I make sure that I am diligent and organised in all of the work that I do, even if the tasks are on the mundane side of things. I can be very self-sufficient iff needs be, but I am not afraid to ask when I am in doubt.

I've just finished university but I have also worked in bars and shops as well as working 9-5s. I am also great at cooking and have catered to those with allergies and vegan/vegetarian diets. I enjoy cooking for people and have often cooked for 8+ people at a time with no trouble. I don’t smoke nor do I have any allergies/food preferences

I worked all over in bars, shops, restaurants and offices. As a result, I have extensive experience working with customers, timekeeping and general organisation. In My previous job, I worked in events so have plenty of experience working with lots of other people and being flexible.

I also have experience with house/pet sitting for extended periods of time. I enjoy helping out around the house and often do chores around the house without needing to be asked.

I enjoy cooking and have plenty of experience catering to different cuisines/dietary requirements/group sizes.

I really am looking to get stuck into everything and am up to try new things while I can. I am going across the whole of Canada and want to see everything it has to offer!

On another note, I am looking to buy a car while I am out here so if you have any tips for this, let me know :)
