I've been travelling Japan for almost a year now. I want to practice Japanese or a learn skill and make new friends. I am open minded to any work and cultural exchange!ようろしくお願いします

Hello!
こんにちは！

I've booked a one way ticket to Japan so I can learn the language, travel and make new memories. I also have family here as I am half Japanese but unfortunately I cannot speak well. I want to make my stay in Japan meaningful and learn new skills, which is why I want to do workaways.

I love walking and exploring new places. I especially love being in nature but the city is great too.
I love cooking. I've learnt recipes through friends, family and online but most of the time I wing it.
I also draw and take photos. I'd love to hear about peoples hobbies and interests.

I've now been in Japan since October and I've been learning a lot, I would love to share my experience with anyone interested :)

Clean: I have lived independently before. I keep my home clean, I know how to clean a bathroom, dust, polish, dishes, hoover or sweep, mop etc. I know most people have different methods so show me yours and I will learn.

Digital skills: I've done an internship in data analytics where I learned to use some data software like PowerBI and Excel I have also done a bit of HTML coding and Python but will need to refresh. I have good basics and can mostly figure things out or research for you.

Conversational Italian skills: I grew up speaking Italian with my family in Italy. I'm not always grammatically correct but I can get through a conversation. Let's practice together!

Team player: I've worked a lot in teams and I find there's always a way to work through challenges we face and find that it's a good way to motivate eachother and get work done.

Driving: I have a drivers license with IDP so am able to drive in Japan.

Creative art projects: I normally do solo projects, like crochet, sewing, drawing, painting but I'm very keep to try anything else and learn. I have recently started having fun with iMovie and photography.

Cooking: I cook for me and my family usually. I am good at making something out of scraps in the fridge. I have a good understanding of what goes well together, I am also fast at chopping and cleaning so can be a helper aswell.

Experience:

Cat sitting: I had cats and I looked after cats for people when they went on holiday. I love all animals!

Babysitting: I was a childminder for neighbours and friends. I would put them to bed, feed them dinner and play and talk with them.
Usually with family and friends I am left to play with the children, we have a lot of fun together.

Work in a restaurant kitchen: I was a commis waitress for a summer. I helped see what needed doing, a lot of polishing cutlery, topping up sauces and cleaning.
