Hello all! I'm pleased to introduce myself. My name is Diego and I am 29 years old. Born and raised in Mexico, I moved to the US when I was 19 after I was offered an athletic scholarship at a university in Oklahoma. In the US I got my bachelors and Maters degrees and worked for a startup in the tech industry for a few years. I moved back to Mexico in 2022 for a multitude of reasons, namely seeking a better quality of life and to be closer to family, but most importantly because my dream had always been to start my own business and Mexico has always provided great opportunities to entrepreneurs. I now own and run a couple of businesses in the hospitality industry (a restaurant and a property management company).

After 2 years of working every single day nonstop, I've decided to take a 6 month sabbatical. That's why I am back in Workaway, looking for my next opportunity to share my skills and learn a thing or a million from others :)

My main areas of expertise are in tech (web design and SEO) as well as in marketing, sales and public relations. I'm also very knowledgeable in the kitchen (I own a restaurant) and have a lot of experience in hospitality.

I spend lots of time outdoors so I'm pretty crafty and handy when it comes to fixing and/or up keeping building, vehicles, machines and more.

I enjoy interacting with others so I'm also perfectly comfortable dealing with guests, clients, patients or any third party relating to any opportunity I'm a part of
