Description
Hey there! my name is Colin, I'm 29, from the east cost of Canada and I'm beginning my first real global travel experience. I've always wanted to see Scandinavia so I plan to head there first and make my way south through Europe.
Professionally I am a qualified carpenter here in Canada but I have a degree in biology and have a deep love for animals and nature... if there's a cat or a dog near me it will ne my new best friend for the foreseeable future. I love to be outside, I'm an avid snowboarder and a very amateur surfer as well as a retired hockey player and I'm game for any outdoors adventure whether it be hiking, camping, kayaking, biking, or whatever else!
I'm also a huge nerd. I'm always reading fantasy books, I'll play any board game and get competitive over it, I listen to pretty much every genre of music but I grew up on rock and metal, and I believe any situation can be improved with some good music to guide you through it! I also self-taught myself some basic guitar but I'm not very good. I'm a gamer and can nerd out over lots of different video games.
This will be my first time leaving North America and I'm excited to experience new cultures and ways of life.Interests

More details about your skills
I'm a professional carpenter in Canada, I have about 10000 hours of experience in my trade and I have a very small amount of experience with some basic plumbing. dealing with electricity makes me nervous though and I am not confident in my abilities to deal with any live wiring.
I'm up for any type of manual labour jobs, painting, general maintenance, cleaning, as well as taking care of animals or gardening!
On top of that I enjoy cooking good food for myself and others and will always help out in the kitchen.Age
