My name is Christine. I’m a 29 year old papier mâché artist, pageant puppet maker, performer, and explorer.

I’ve managed a hostel in Atlanta, served as an innkeeper at a pirate-themed inn in St. Augustine, Florida, and more recently worked as an office manager at an acupuncture clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Charlotte has been my home for the past three years, where I’ve produced and performed in alternative comedy shows and deepened my creative and spiritual practices.

Lately, I’ve been diving into the world of giant puppetry. I created a puppet of French filmmaker Alice Guy-Blaché for a local video store and am currently working on a commission for three explorer puppets that will appear at the Charlotte International Arts Festival in September.

In the past, I’ve attended a cob house building workshop and volunteered at an organic farm. I love playing in the dirt and watching things grow.

I also love to dance, bike, meditate, and do yoga. I feel most myself when I’m connected with the Earth and the people around me. I’m currently feeling called to adventure and am planning a journey to explore intentional communities around the world.

Thrilled to be alive, I’m cultivating joy and contentment wherever I happen to be, and learning to see perfection and beauty in each moment.
