I have lived a life with manifold interests and experiences in, and of, the natural world, green and blue spaces, aesthetics, arts, physiology, biology, the health and well-being of all mind-bodies. I'm motivated by exploring using this and any further tools, proven helpful, to the benefits of all beings and beyond. My main interest is to facilitate people's accessibility to actually feeling and experiencing mutual dependence, integration and interconnectedness with everyone and everything. Living beings, inert materia and beyond.
I've been doing some meditation retreats and I really value socializing and sharing experience, activities, time and place with people from different places and walks of lifa. Furthermore, I enjoy being with the natural world, meditation, other forms of yoga, physical exercise and working with mindful embodied presence in general. These are among the things that bring me, and I suggest, most people, if not everyone, happiness. At least in the long run.

I have a lot of volunteering experience from culture events, festivals, gardening, meditation retreats, food preparation etcetera. I have a gardening related bachelors degree in Garden engineering. I've worked at the botanical gardens in Gothenburg (mainly with green house plants), Sweden and in cemetery maintenance.
Furthermore I've been doing some quite different things. I've studied quite a bit of biology in different fields, plant, animal etc. Psychology and medicine and have a growing interest in aesthetics, art history and artistic presentation. I studied music production. I also have a bachelors journalism degree and have worked as a journalist at Swedish public service radio and a magazine for international politics and affairs. I spent many years working in academic book stores and have a general good hand with practical and technological matters.
Other work experience include heavy lifting in moving business and different production industries.

I have a thorough interest in music, where exploration is always ongoing. The latest years I've taken a larger interest in electronic, spontaneous, improvised instrument and experimental music.
