Hi, I’m Chihiro, originally from Japan 🇯🇵
I’m a calm, thoughtful person with a strong sense of responsibility, and I feel most at home in environments where people care for each other through everyday actions.
I worked for 6 years as a UX designer, and recently chose to step away from full-time work to slow down, reconnect with myself, and explore different ways of living more consciously. I’m especially drawn to nature, community-based projects, and simple daily routines that create warmth and balance.
Those are some experiences and skills I can bring:
- Hospitality and community living: Cleaning, check-ins, welcoming guests, cooking, serving meals, and helping maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere
- Social media and digital marketing: Creating content that reflects the spirit of the place. Previous project, we gained over 100+ followers in a month.
- UX design: Usability test, Information architecture, contents management, basic knowledge of UI design
- Photography: Portraits, street photography, and capturing the essence of a place
- Tour Guide: Sharing local culture, history, and traditions with international tourists in Tokyo
- Other... Completed the French Way of the Camino de Santiago, built houses with local carpenters in Indonesia and Nepal, played with children during a homestay in Finland

She came to do a deep clean of my home, she worked very hard, and did an excellent job. She also cooked three tremendous Japanese meals for me which I enjoyed greatly.
