Hi! I'm Catherine, I work remotely for a tech company and I have a month free in October (and a bit into November) where I'll be looking for a workaway!

I'm originally from Massachusetts, USA and have lived all over the place. Chicago, Dublin, New York City, Rhode Island & have traveled extensively through Europe both solo and with friends.

When I'm not traveling or working, I live by the beach and spend most of my time being active (tennis, soccer, running, biking, yoga) and writing songs on my guitar though I am by no means great at the guitar, just good enough to get by.

In terms of socializing I enjoy being social but definitely need my alone time to recharge after a long day. I enjoy peaceful moments just as much as the fun ones.

Ive never done a workaway before but I'm excited for my first one! I'm mainly looking for something where I can learn some new skills in a beautiful place. I'm particularly drawn to the mountains or the ocean and I'd love to learn about farming, sustainability, and animal care. I can help with small projects & cooking as well. I'm really just open to experience something new and learning about a new culture. I think I'd be happy most anywhere.
