Description
Hi friends from afar! I am excited to learn new things and see new places and faces. I want to start my workaway journey in Italy and Sicily. My grandparents and ancestors are from a village west of Palermo. I would like to know more about what it is like to live as you do! I have been teaching yoga for 20 years and enjoy hosting yoga retreats in Mexico and locally here in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. I love long bike rides, hiking, wake surfing, acro-yoga, in-line skating, snorkeling, swimming, hot-springs, kayaking, SUP, traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I have a 23 year old son. He is my heart and soul! I would love to find a host that wants to have adventures with me while I am there and show me the Sicilian / Italian way of life!

I have been teaching yoga and hosting yoga retreats successfully for 20 years! I can offer private lessons to enrich your practice-or teach classes for your hotel or BnB guests.
I can offer help with household chores, cooking or English language practice. I am happy to help you with your children. I enjoy kids of all ages! Currently, aside from teaching yoga, I sub-teach in my public school system for Kindergarten through 12th grade. I have a lot of energy for many things! I would love to learn something new like how to prune olive trees and make olive oil!!
