To live a full life is to get all kinds of experiences. 10 years ago I started living by this motto. Originally from Beijing, China, I took an exchange program at Dalhousie University, Canada. After my exchange, I went on my first Workaway at Winchelsea events in Ottawa. There, I met the lovely family, helped out at their catering service, and enjoyed my first Canadian winter at the farm. I loved my experience in Canada so much that I came back for my master's and settled down in Toronto after. I love my job in data and project management, and love the flexibility it brings. Through my spare time, I got my ski instructor license and advanced scuba diving certificate. Recently I got into horseback riding, and have taken five classes. This winter, I'm looking for an opportunity to help out at a horse farm to really get to know how to handle and care for horses.
