Hi. Im Brenda, Im Mexican. I have recently gone through events that have made me reflect and remember that life is beautiful and exists more things around the world. So, following my hunch I decided to quit my job, leave my family, leave my friends and leave my country for travel around the world because i love the changes, I love travel, I love help others and meet new people and cultures.
Recently I became vegan for health and Im changing many things if me to feel better.
Im learning English (as you can see on my redacting) for better comprehension skills.
In Mexico I worked for the government as a lawyer, i was teacher at high schools and university schools too.
Actually Im studying my second degree as communication specialist so for that Im doing content for growth my social media i have a podcast on Spotify, film videos to Instagram and Tik Tok and
I really do it with all my love
Im a happy person and enjoy of little things.
About my hobbies I love cooking, dancing, swimming, meditation, yoga, reading, running.
Finally.
I think that we can change the world being the change of example 🫀

Since 2022 Im learning about spiritual life, I m doing changes in my life for live better.
And since I was I child my parents taught me to helps others and I really love it.
