  • Description

Hey! I’m Bianca, freshly graduated in languages and currently looking for a way to finally turn all that grammar and vocabulary into real-life conversations. I’m hoping to spend at least a few months (or longer) in an Arabic-speaking country — not just to improve my Arabic, but to be somewhere I can actually connect with people.
In the past, I’ve volunteered in a social work project in Athens, taught English in summer camps (yes, complete with songs and games), and worked in an art exhibition welcoming visitors. So basically means I’m used to being around people all day, answering questions and solving random problems, always with smile.
I’m not looking for a tourist bubble — I’d really love to be somewhere I can talk with locals, hear different perspectives, and slowly stop sounding like a textbook when I speak. If If you think I could be a good fit for your place, I’d be excited to contribute :)

More details about my language interests
it's my main reason, I want to become fluent in spoken arabic (any dialect that I can actually talk to people with) and I am available to teach my own language, or French or English if if that's something that will be interesting

  • More details about your skills

I have experience working with people, teaching (my native language which is Italian, and English), helping run activities in summer camps, in art spaces, like welcoming visitors, keeping things organized, creating a chill and friendly atmosphere. I’d love to do something similar in hostels or community spaces — I can cook (basic but decent), paint murals, cut hair (results surprisingly okay), and jump into whatever’s needed.
