Hi, I'm Ben from Sydney, Australia! I've just finished my Master's degree in Mathematics and I'm taking a year to travel the world and learn about new cultures. Some of my passions in life are:
- surfing
- learning about and cooking new food
- music (I play guitar and piano)
- maths (if you're a nerd about anything we'll get along).
I love being outdoors and doing things with my hands, so any job which involves those things would be perfect for me! I'm also learning French at the moment, so if you speak French regularly with me that would also be amazing!

I grew up in a house with a pretty large garden, so I have experience working on the garden there, which mostly involved killing various plants and weeds that grew too much and mowing the lawn. We even had a bamboo problem at the bottom (better to start early if you have a bamboo problem).

I've also completed a degree in Mathematics and have an AMusA diploma in Piano, and I have lots of experience teaching both Mathematics and Piano, to both children and adults. I am also happy teaching the electric guitar.

I have a few years of experience taking workshop, engineering and design classes at school so I'm comfortable using hand tools and power tools, especially with wood. I very much enjoy jobs with which I can use my hands, including cooking.

I also have experience as a lifeguard for 6 years at Narrabeen beach in Sydney, so I know CPR, common beach first aid and rescue techniques.
