  • Description

    Hello from Japan!

I am Yuto, 25 years old. I live in Tokyo now.

My English is not very good yet, but I try my best to communicate! I believe smiles and kindness can help us understand each other.

I had my first WorkAway experience in Spain last year. It was amazing! The host was very kind and I made good friends there. This experience made me very happy, so I want to try more WorkAway in the future!

I like sports like basketball, rugby, and baseball. I am strong and have good energy for physical work. I can help with gardening, cleaning, and many other tasks.

I can also share Japanese culture and food with you. I enjoy cooking Japanese dishes!

I am open-minded and want to learn about different cultures. I hope we can have good talks and make good memories together.

よろしくおねがいします (Looking forward to meeting you)!

  • More details about your skills

I have a lot of experience in team sports. I played basketball, baseball, rugby, and lacrosse since elementary school, which made me strong and gave me good endurance. I can handle hard physical tasks and I enjoy working outdoors.

I have lived in Japan for 25 years, so I know a lot about Japanese traditions and food. I can teach Japanese language and culture to hosts who are interested. My English is still getting better, and I want to improve it through travel and meeting people from other countries.

I worked part-time in restaurants, where I learned about customer service and food preparation. I also learned how to work well in busy places.

As a former student at Hokkaido University in northern Japan, I love nature and outdoor activities. I enjoy hiking and exploring nature, and I can share these interests with my hosts and their communities.

I face new challenges with a positive attitude and can adapt to different situations. I am always ready to learn new skills while using what I already know to help with different tasks. I believe my physical strength, knowledge of Japanese culture, and positive attitude make me a good volunteer for many projects.
