Description
Hello! 😊Thanks for checking out my profile, I am a practical, friendly, and curious human being, happy to work both independently and as part of a team. Whether building, serving clients, farming, fixing things around or caring for animals, I like to contribute to meaningfull projects, meet new people of this universe and learn along the way.
I like to travel, read, play music, hike in the mountains, make fire, run, do sport and yoga, cook and learn about nutrition and fitness. I value ; creativity, reciprocity, harmony, sustainable living, health, complex/nuanced thinking, commun sense, clear/honest communication, teamwork, grounded spirituality, indigenous wisdom, and holistic healing.
Food and cooking is really important for me. I like real/natural food (basically prefer natural/home-made over processed/industrial). I eat a kind of paleo/ancestral/GAPS diet, which is mostly basic ingredients like meat, organs, animal fats, eggs, fish, raw milk, some veggies, herbs and fruits with a strong emphasis on quality nose to tail animal products. After having experienced a few diets (vegan, vegetarian, "conventional" etc...) and study nutrition/naturopathy I don't really believe in nutritional dogmas anymore and I think optimal nutrition is something very personal and complexe that involes many (many) different factors. It is a beautiful path to discover what really nourishes one's body, mind and soul (and what does not). I am really curious to discover new food/dishes and learn new things on these topics.
One of my dreams is to create a little regenerative familly farm where I'll cultivates veggies/fruits/medicinal plant grow many diferent animals, teach yurt building, natural health practices and many other things...
I am about to start an apprenticeship as a carpenter/house builder soon in France and before that I'm really happy if I can be of service, contribute to your project and create some good memories together.
Things I need :
- Access to quality water and organic/natural food (Either following you're way of eating or shopping/cooking for myself or a mix of both... to discuss)
- A private room/space (I enjoy sharing moments of life/work together but I also need my space to recharge batteries)
- That you are also interested in a real cultural exchange (if you are here only looking for cheap labor force and are not interested in a real cultural exchange please don't answer me :)
- If you like to make music and sing songs or tell stories arround a fire that is awesome!
I am also open to paid work.
I think it's important to say here that I reserve myself the right to end a stay earlier for any reason (It has never happened so far).
I'm always curious about discovering new people and places so I'm really looking foward to meeting you :-)
