Hi there,
I am Antonia, 31 years old, from Germany.
I am very interested in the ecovillage movement and sustainable, alternative living in general. So far, I have volunteered in an ashram/ ecovillage in Denmark and in a spiritual ecovillage in Sweden. I have also visited some ecovillages in Germany.
I have a deep interest in holistic health ranging from healthy nutrition to emotional healing and I am very passionate to learn more about this area.
In my free time, I like to go for long walks in nature, to be creative (I like to paint and to write) and to have conversations and discussions that spark my curiosity.
As I am an introvert person, I also enjoy time for myself in quietness and I regularly need times of rest by myself.

I have a degree in International Economics and I have some work experience in the IT sector.
However, in recent years my focus of interest shifted: I went through a personal crisis which led me to question my way of living. I began to look for alternatives and became interested in living in ecological communities.
During my stay in some communities, I worked in the garden, helped in the kitchen and supported the work in the household.
Overall, I am a very curious person and would be open to help you with many different tasks.
