Description
Hi everyone! I have been working and travelling in New Zealand and Australia for almost two years. I will soon visit a few countries in Asia and am looking to do a few more workaways there.
Apart from enjoying nature and exploring, one of my core motivations for travelling is the aspect of meeting new people from different places and learning from each other.
I feel privileged to be able to travel independently on the other side of the world, see so many incredible places, meet great people and have new experiences.

I come from a family of horticulturists and enjoy working with plants and being in nature. I spent a few months at a plant nursery/ market garden where I was responsible for the sowing, pricking and potting of young plants (different kinds of chili, tomato and pumpkin) as well as planting pots for customers. I would enjoy to do some garden work again.
All of my other work experience has been in hospitality. Aside from front of house and kitchen hand roles, I have worked as a receptionist and housekeeper in several places. I currently work as the on-site manager of a small resort, coordinating with the owners in their absence.
I am also doing some remote work by supporting the German organisation 'Little World', where I teach German to an immigrant through regular video calls, and I also volunteer with the Ukrainian Organisation 'ENGin' where I help a Ukrainian refugee with learning English.
I'm passionate about language learning (and teaching) and would like to do more in this area.
I have limited knowledge of working with animals and would like to learn how to care for other animals as well, like on a farm.
I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding cooking/baking, but I am eager to improve my cooking skills. I think that cooking can also be a great activity to socialize.
