Description
Hi, my name is Anita and I am living in the beautiful capital of Austria, Vienna.
I'm a German teacher teaching immigrants from all parts of the world. In reverse, I like to discover different countries, their people and culture. As a laguage enthusiast I'm looking forward to learn new languages.
I'm 58 years old, grew up on a farm in the countryside of Austria, love nature and animals. Being young I already experienced different kinds of work in this field like gardening, seeding, harvesting, feeding animals. I even have a tractor's driving license ;) . I still enjoy helping my parents with work on their farm.
Three things that balance me out in live are music, sports and art. I sing and play the guitar, go hiking at the weekend and swim in the Danube in summer. I was working for radio orange, a free radio station and am very interested in writing stories.
As a mother of three children I know how to cook and bake nice cakes. My student daughter inspired me to sign up for workaway because of her good experiences. So I'm looking forward to meeting new people, being a helping hand and having a good time.
