Hi everyone! I'm Alice and I live in a little town close to Genoa (Italy) and maybe that's what pushes me to discover the world, because for years I've always known my little village.
I love discover new places, but my favourite part is getting in touch with new cultures, talking to people and hear their stories.
I have the B2 English certification, however I'm a good listener, I've C1 (thanks to tv series), but sometimes I have some problems with Brit accent; I love it, one day I hope I'll learn it, but I'm used to american one (in this case Netflix didn't help ahahah).
I started German few weeks ago so I just know simple things like talking about myself, the weather or what I want to eat for breakfast
What about me? I'm a HUGE animals lover, I think I can't live without a pet. And when I talk about animals, I mean every animal; I took care of birds, turtles, hens, goats, cows, donkeys, gekos and so on. If you have a pet I warn you : I will talk a lot to them, it's stronger than me.
I also have a big love to kids, and it's weird because few years ago I hated them. One day my parents forced me to be an animator at a summer camp for children, and everything changed from there. I don't know what happened, even if they kept me awake at night because they missed their parents, or I had to chase them to make them take a shower, I loved the experience.
I think kids give me more than I can offer.
My hobbies.... what can I say, I love a lot of things but most of the time I haven't time for any of them. I love reading, writing, cooking, hiking and photography. Unfortunately uni lessons and my job takes me a lot of time, and I do voluteering as well so when I have some spare time I'm too tired to do anything.Interests

I've got a lot of expirience with animals and children.
I'm a pediatric nurse student, babysitter and ABEO volounteer (ABEO is an association for haematological children, I play with them every week to give parents a few hours of freedom).
Every year I take defibrillation and clearing of the airways course (specific for children).
I have all the mandatory vaccinations up to date and, since I work in hospital, I do antibody checks every year
About animals, I am a dogsitter and I attended for a year an university about dogs. I know, it doesn't seem too good wrote like that, but it's the only course in Europe and I don't know how call it. Basically you learn how to train a dog, how genetics work, alimentation and a lot of other stuff but I don't want to bother you. After a year I changed course because I untersood I love dogs, but I can't see myself managing a dog breeding.
I don't know if it counts as expirience but I had fishes (Betta Splendens), hens and bunnies. Now I live with a rescue dog and two rescue cats.
For a few years I volunteered in a bird recovery center, while today, in addition to dogsitting, I keep reptiles, amphibians and insects for a friend of mine when she is on vacationAge
