Hello there, my name is Alexa, here's a bit about me (I am the one in red in my profile pic).

I am a curious and compassionate nature lover and I really sports, especially those in nature. I am passionate about nutrition, geopolitics, sustainable living and holistic body movement. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, being outdoors, gardening, drawing and studying the divine arts.

I graduated from the University of Cape Town at the end of last year and I have since worked at a ski resort in North America, travelled to South-East Asia and more recently Europe, where I had my first work away experience.

I am currently spending my time doing research and consulting for an off-grid development in Cape Town. I am also spending lots of time with my friends, family and dogs, who I missed very much while travelling. If I am not working I will likely be enjoying the beautiful beaches and mountains Cape Town has to offer :)

- I have many years of experience in strength and endurance training.
