Description
Hi there! I am Ainhoa, a 23-year-old student from Barcelona, Spain. Last year, I graduated from university and got my degree on Classical Philology (Ancient Greek and Latin), and I am currently studying a master to become a teacher.

On 2023, I decided to take a gap year to travel around Europe, and spent 9 months going from workaway to workaway. Along the way, I worked in farms, rural houses, hostels, and gained experience in diverse activities such as trimming, raking, cutting wood, taking care of animals, gardening, painting, doing reception and cleaning shifts, and many others. I also met lots of people and worked as a team on multiple occasions, which I deeply enjoy.

For the past five years, I have been working with children as a leisure instructor in craft workshops, summer camps, hotels, and even as a dancing teacher. In my free time, I love reading, writing, listening to stories, going to the theatre, and exploring the outdoors. Languages and foreign cultures fascinate me, and I hope to learn from as many as possible during my trips.

I consider myself to be very sensitive, open-minded, friendly, loving, and independent. I hope my skills and experiences can be helpful to you during my stay, and I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know you better!

I have worked with children and have experience teaching kids. I have basic knowledge of gardening, DIYs, animal care, and eco projects, all of which I have been able to improve through the months doing Workaway!

I am in good shape physically (I've completed a marathon!) and I'm willing to learn to do any physical tasks. I also am an SSI Advanced Adventurer certified scuba diver. I will easily be helpful in any activity that involves creativity, hard work, and passion. I'm a fast learner and am always willing to try things I have never done before!
