Hello! My name is Aneesh and I'm from the US' "Mile High City", Denver!

I'm a first-year college student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying business management. As a part of the Leeds Scholars Program at CU Boulder I will be traveling to Tokyo, Japan in early May and plan to travel in Asia after the trip for the remainder of my summer break.

This is my first time using Workaway or trying to go abroad for anything other than tourism.

I'm an Indian-American who has grown up with a love of traveling and learning about different cultures. I'm a minimalistic traveler and won't pass up the opportunity to walk across a country or hitchhike, taking my time to see as much as possible and meet as many people as possible. My biggest dream is to see the whole world!

Having lived near the Rocky Mountains my whole life, I love anything that has to do with the mountains including hiking, climbing, skiing, and camping, as well as other recreation outside of the mountains. I also enjoy music whether that be playing the guitar and learning new instruments or dancing and discovering new music!

I'm a person that's super enthusiastic about learning and trying new things and skills which makes me open to almost any new experience. With this comes my want to exchange what I know and teach what I can because I know there are people who have a love of learning just like me!
