Hi! I'm Adrian. I'm a 25 years old guy from Asturias, a celtic region of northern Spain.

I define myself as a grateful and cheerful person (I always see the positive things about anything) hard worker, respectful and down to earth.

Since 4 years old I played all kind of sports, so I consider myself motivated, disciplined and with team spirit. I'm family oriented too, so I love being with kids, play with them, give them space to grow, fail and be with them in their learning process supporting them from sincere love and affection.

I'm passionate about many things. I love to listen stories from other people, history, adventure, discovering new cultures and connecting deeply with people.

- My main expertise is in the sports field and rehabilitation: Mainly from surfing, swimming and gymnastics. I also practised rugby, karate and jiu-jitsu.
I live by the "white belt mindset" philosophy. That means I'm always willing to learn from every person, being open to new ideas, and view things from different perspectives.

- On the other hand I have a background working on agriculture and permaculture. From creating the design, preparing the soil, planting, pruning...

- Lately (5 years ago) I became more interested in ''holistic'' health, so I've been learning and practicing different topics: Meditation, breathing exercises, natural medicine...

I've been intermittently working for 6 years on a NGO for an orphanage in Burundi.

From collecting and packing materials (clothes, toys and food) in shipping containers for sending them, to doing the marketing for different projects and collaborations
