Hi there! My name is Adriane Hall. I am from the United States and have spent my whole life living on the coast of California. I spent my time there surfing, skiing, backpacking and traveling! I am a recent college graduate who has spent the last 2 years working abroad as an english teacher in Valencia, Spain. This chapter of my life has given me a lot of personal and professional growth, cultural immersion and granted me to opportunity to travel the world. I greatly value living and meeting people within different cultures as a way to deepen my understanding of our complex and inter-connected world. I am now back in California but will be back in Europe for a month this Summer looking for another Workaday as I have had such positive experiences in the past!
I see myself as very experienced traveler, sociable, very active and optimistic person and always ready for a new adventure. I have years of experience working with children though my undergraduate studies as well. I have Au Paired and nannied in the past. I am looking forward to the connections and benefits that work exchanges gives people. I love seeing touched and untouched parts of the world and wish to dive deep to understand people and places!

I'm excited about the opportunity to contribute my skills and experiences to your project. Moving to Spain on my own to teach English for the past 2 years in high school students has given me valuable insights into cross-cultural communication and education.
My professional work has been directed towards education, behavioral health and children. I am in my early twenties deciding future career plans :) Beyond this, my diverse work experience includes roles with conservation volunteer projects in nature, many years of hospitality, and restaurants etc. These experiences have honed my skills in customer service, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. I'm active and accustomed to physical tasks, making me well-suited for projects requiring hands-on work, whether tending to gardens, assisting with outdoor activities, or working with children.
Additionally, I'm passionate about yoga and plan to begin my certification this year. I am drawn to anything to do with holistic ways of living and living in a way that spirituality is at the root of it all.
